Considering a high-quality standard that Starways upholds, a large part of our service depends on the making our products resistant to wear and ensuring that the material is strong while maintaining the correct chemical composition. This is where our Heat treatment and other surface treatment facilities help ensure increase durability, strength and toughness of our products.
We have a state of the art fully automated san yun furnace that helps with the entirety of our heat treatment process that includes the following steps:
- Loading
- Pre-washing
- Hardening
- Quenching
- Post washing
- Tempering
- Dyeing
- Unloading
OUR MAIN PROCESS OF HT ARE:
- THROUGH HARDENING AND TEMPERING
- CARBO-NITRIDING
- CARBORISING
- INDUCTION HARDENING AND TEMPERING
Additionally, our surface treatment occurs in a fully automatic barrel plating plant with scada control with a plant capacity of 20M tons per day.
